Frank has been in the filtration industry for 28 years as a sales leader with AAF Flanders and a partner in Aire Filter Products (AFP). While at AFP, the firm grew from 1 to 8 branches in the West Region of the country.

In addition, Frank and his partners created G3 Technologies, a maker of polyester filtration products. In 2017, AAF Flanders acquired Aire Filter Products and G3, retaining Frank as the Director of Sales.

Frank is a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management from Arizona State University.
