Brett has been in the Air Filtration Industry for 8 years as the prior owner of Indiana Filter Supply (IFS).  Before his ownership of IFS, Brett served as a Senior Officer and Group President of Stanley Black & Decker.

At Stanley, Brett ran the Corporate Business Development efforts for the $17B diversified Industrial and Global Group President of the Stanley Security.  He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Best Access.

Brett is a graduate of Indiana University with a Finance Degree and serves on the Bain Consulting Global M&A Board of Advisors.
